The rates cover the first hour work. If the job takes longer than one hour, each quarter or part thereof will be charged in addition to the first hourly rate. There is also a travel charge.
If for any reason the pool or spa needs to be emptied (either fully or partially), then refilled, there will be an extra charge for this.
We suggest that the visits be weekly/fortnightly in the swimming season – (1 November to 30 April), and fortnightly/monthly outside the swimming season (1 May to 31 October).
